The original photograph is similar to the one seen here in colour, taken with normal exposure, increased shutter speed and natural lighting. 

I then went on to edit this one with black and white infra-red on photoshop. Whilst doing this, i also altered the colours and changed the saturation, and the brightness to make the seperate parts stand out.
